TOBYHANNA TOWNSHIP HAS RECENTLY ENACTED NEW SHORT TERM RENTAL GUIDELINES. SPECIFICALLY, FOR RENTALS LESS THAN 30 DAYS, the advertised sleeping capacity for all rental homes is limited. For short term rentals, we can offer sleeping capacity of 8 persons AT ANY ONE TIME despite the actual physical sleeping capacity of 12. Our STR lease does include 10 lines on which to list the incoming guest names if you plan to have 2 guests coming and going.
