Payment Schedule
50% of the total amount is due at time of reservation.
25% of the payment is required 180 day(s) before arrival.
The remaining amount is to be paid 90 day(s) before arrival.
Cancellation Policy
All paid prepayments are non-refundable.
Security deposit
A refundable security deposit of €434 is due.
Notes
Summer rentals  are weekly only and check in check out on Saturdays.
Holiday rentals are 3 day minimum.
Rentals are tax FREE if your stay is 30 days or greater.
Hot tub use is optional with an additional fee. Check with owner about hot tub availability in the winter.
A flat $900 security deposit is required for all reservations.
No Smoking. Pets approved by owner are welcome
