Lake Naomi Club offers three lakes, a fishing pond, two outdoor swimming pools, the #1 rated tennis complex in all of Pennsylvania, golf, sailing, boating, incredible recreational activities for the entire family, a luxurious clubhouse, and state-of-the-art multi-million dollar Community Center/Indoor Sports Complex all within 2 hours of Philadelphia and New York. KUB Klub is Lake Naomi's latest addition to its summer recreation programming. It's a bit like summer camp filled with sports, crafts, and just plain fun. There are even field trips planned to amusement parks, local theaters, overnight camping and sport facilities.

This property is NOT a party house. It is wonderfully suited for extended family gatherings, multi-generational vacations, or groups of adult friends hoping to find an exciting vacation home to relax and enjoy the peaceful serenity and/or multiple activities in the area.
LIVING SPACE: The 1st Floor sets the mood for upscale mountain living. When you enter you'll love the flooring sawn from vintage oak timbers and the nearly 35 foot tall great room with exposed beams, with a full wall of windows facing the lake. The great room includes a full stone fireplace, a butter soft leather sofa, two Mexican mesquite armchairs, a large central coffee table (fabricated from a salvaged antique sailing ship), and an incredibly comfortable poet's chair with ottoman that quickly becomes everyone's favorite spot.
KITCHEN SPACE: The great rooms flows into the custom kitchen...ample granite countertops, contrasting island cabinetry, gas range, french door refrigerator with additional island seating and a large sink facing the windows with a beautiful lake vista.
FIRST FLOOR: The 1st floor Includes 2 very large Master rooms with flat screen TV's on opposite ends of the home for complete privacy and 2 newly remodeled full baths with double vanities and frameless glass showers. The primary MBR has an ensuite bath. The laundry is conveniently located on the first floor.
The stone and cedar screened porch is a peaceful, cool and relaxing area to read, relax, or enjoy conversation. It is directly accessible from the rear deck, the kitchen and the lake facing MBR via glass sliding doors.
SECOND FLOOR: The second floor has 2 bedrooms. The first has a queen bed, dresser, mirror, end table, engraved toy chest, and rocking chair. Our daughter cherished her stuffed lamb , and the room is nicely decorated with lamb and sheep decor.
The second bedroom is very large and has 1 double bed, and 2 twins. Also includes a dresser, night table, mirror and a small air hockey table to delight the children.
The bath on the 2nd floor was remodeled in 2023, featuring dual sinks, designer bath & floor tiles.
The game room is located at the rear of the 2nd floor. It has a leather queen sleep sofa and matching leather chair with ottoman. The game room includes a full size Brunswick pool table, commercial foosball table and wall mounted flat screen TV.
OUTDOOR SPACE: The lakeside deck is full width of the house w several distinct areas: There's a circular glass patio umbrella table with seating for 6; a picnic table with benches; a hot tub. Kindly verify hot tub availability.
The deck leads to a winding path filled with wild rhododendrons & blueberries to our very own private sandy beach. You'll find chaises & chairs for your relaxation, watercraft & paddles, and lifejackets. You'll enjoy the beautiful hand forged iron firepit and adirondack chairs. It's the perfect place to gather with friends while you view the incredible sunsets from our west-facing beach.

TOBYHANNA TOWNSHIP HAS RECENTLY ENACTED NEW SHORT TERM RENTAL GUIDELINES.
SPECIFICALLY, FOR RENTALS LESS THAN 30 DAYS, THE ADVERTISED SLEEPING CAPACITY FOR ALL RENTAL HOMES MUST BE ONLY 2 PER BEDROOM WITH A HOUSEHOLD MAXIMUM OF 10 PERSONS, REGARDLESS OF HOW MANY BEDS ARE ACTUALLY AVAILABLE.
Thus, for short term rentals, we can only offer sleeping capacity of 8 persons AT ANY ONE TIME despite the actual physical sleeping capacity of 12. Our STR lease does include 10 lines on which to list the incoming guest names if you plan to have 2 guests coming and going.
The temporary membership gives you access to everything Lake Naomi has to offer, including the Indoor Heated Swimming Pool, Sauna / Steam room, Hot Tub, Indoor Tennis Courts, Clubhouse Restaurant, Covered Ice Skating Pavilion (winter), Dog Park, Fitness center, Gameroom, , Basketball Courts, Boat Rentals, Boating, Sailing & Fishing, Children's
