Even without a Temporary Membership to the Lake Naomi Club, there is plenty to do and enjoy in the immediate Pocono Mountains area.
ARE YOU REALLY LAKEFRONT?
Absolutely! We are directly on the lake with a private beach and lounge chairs. Just behind the beach, there are adirondack chairs encircling a firepit. Better yet, the beach faces west for incredible sunsets.
DO YOU PROVIDE ANY BOATS?
Yes. We provide 2 kayaks, a rowboat, and a paddleboat, as well as paddles and life jackets
WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED WITHIN THE LAKE NAOMI COMMUNITY?
Read our reviews. Our location is wonderful. We are very fortunate to be located on the prime stretch of Miller Rd between the clubhouse and the large outdoor pool. Each is about a 10 minute walk.
I HAVE MOBILITY ISSUES. ARE THERE MANY STEPS INTO AND INSIDE THE HOME? The home includes two first floor MBR's, and two additional bedrooms upstairs. Other than playing a game of billiards, there is no reason to climb any stairs inside the home.
From the driveway to the front door there are a total of 3 stairs...A step from the driveway to the front walkway, a step from the walkway to the front porch, and a small step from the front porch to enter the home.
In lieu of the deck stairs, the lakefront area is readily accessible around the side of the home with only 2 spaced steps.
WHAT ABOUT BED LINENS AND TOWELS? We provide pillows and comforters. Linens can be ordered in advance and delivered via PoconoLinens. Otherwise, guests can bring their own linens. The home has 3 queen beds, 1 queen sofa bed, 2 twins, and 1 double.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY? 50% is due at time of booking, and the remainder due 90 days prior to occupancy. We suggest guests purchase travel insurance (and ideally CFAR- Cancel for Any Reason) for peace of mind for their vacation investment. If cancelled, you will be entitled to a refund if the home is rebooked less a $350 admin fee and less any differential of the rebooked rate.
HOW FAR ARE YOU FROM LOCAL ATTRACTIONS?
We are 9.4 miles from Camelback & Aquatopia. The drive is approximately 15 minutes
We are only 4 miles away from Kalahari. The drive is approximately 9 minutes.
We are 13.8 miles from Jack Frost Ski Resort and 12.6 miles to Big Boulder. The drive typically takes 20 minutes.
DO YOU HAVE A MINIMUM BOOKING AGE?
The minimum booking age for the responsible booking individual is 30, and the responsible party must be present for the entire stay.
DO YOU HAVE SECURITY CAMERAS? We have 24/7 outdoor security cameras overlooking the entrance. There are no cameras in the interior of the home, nor near the hot tub area
CAN I USE YOUR HOME TO HOST AN EVENT?
This is a private home that we offer to guests, it is NOT a party house. Sure, you can have friends over to celebrate a special anniversary or birthday, but not additional overnight guests and never a bachelor party, host a wedding, etc.
